Returns & Exchanges

At Puppets Never Die, we want you to love your collectibles. If you need to make a return or exchange, requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll provide you with detailed instructions and the return shipping address via email.

All items must be returned in original condition — unwashed and unworn. Items that don’t meet these requirements cannot be accepted. If received in non-returnable condition, we reserve the right to send the item back to you.
