What is a pre-order and how long before I receive my item?
If an item is listed as a pre-order, it means production is still underway. The estimated ship date will always be listed in the product description.

When will I be charged for my item?
Payment is processed at the time you place your order.

The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
We do our best to keep items available, but when something sells out it may take time to reprint or restock. Join our newsletter or follow us on socials for updates on restocks and limited drops.

I entered the wrong info at checkout. Can I fix it?
Yes! Contact us right away and we’ll update your order details before it ships.


SHIPPING

When will I receive my item?
In-stock items ship within 48 hours (Mon–Fri). U.S. orders ship via USPS or FedEx. International shipping usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on customs.

Where are you located/ship from?
We’re based in Los Angeles, and all orders ship from here.

How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll get two emails: one confirming your order and another with tracking once your package is on the way. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site.

What if my tracking says “NOT FOUND” or “In Transit”?
This usually means the carrier hasn’t updated their system yet. Give it 24 hours, or contact USPS/FedEx directly for more details.

Is delivery guaranteed?
Standard and Priority shipping provide estimated windows only. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, choose Express shipping at checkout (1–2 business days once shipped). We’re not responsible for USPS/FedEx delays once packages are in their system.

My order says “Delivered” but I don’t have it.
First, check with neighbors, building managers, or your mailroom. If you still can’t find it, contact USPS or FedEx for more details.

I’m an international customer and my tracking stopped updating.
That’s normal once a package leaves the U.S. Please check with your local postal service for updates.

International customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, or customs fees charged at delivery. For details, check with your local customs office.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Contact us with your order number for return instructions.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these requirements. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.
